In TAS5 there has been a change in how task instructions are displayed. The instructions are now visible at a glance while the Task Description is hidden only under the Informace o úkolu tab
When switching to TAS5, you need to keep this in mind and possibly include a Task Description in Instrukcí if the information is essential for the user.
