Case detail (Caseoverview)
From the case detail, you can perform actions on the case, view its history, variables, etc. The appearance of the case detail is adapted to the processes.
To edit the appearance of the case overview content, your Team Assistant contacts the administrator.
Case action
All possible actions on the case are available in the 2nd header of the screen.
- Close - Closes the case detail and returns the user to the previous page
- More - includes:
- Permissions - Overview of users who have visibility to the case and can trigger events on the case
- Case Visibility - A table with an overview of users who have visibility to the case and information on how they gained visibility
- Events - A table with an overview of users who have permission to trigger events on a case, and information on what basis they obtained the permission
- Print - Process documents can be printed to PDF (can also be saved as a case document) or HTML format
- Variables - List of all process variables and their values (Only the $Administrator role can edit variable values)
- History - A displayed overview of the entire history of the case with the solver and the dates when the task was generated or completed. All options offered above individual tasks are available under the three dots on each task line. It displays the task details with the option to see current or historical values.
- Current values - the values of variables that are current for the case at this moment.
- Historical values - values and variables that were changed during task processing
- Parent - Click on the parent case, available only if the current case is being handled as a subprocess
- Graph (available only to administrator) - Displays the entire graph of the process from which the case was launched and managed
- Change entity (available only to administrator) - Case change options from Service Operations, which are described here
- Permissions - Overview of users who have visibility to the case and can trigger events on the case
- Event - List of events that can be triggered on a case [learn more]
Case information
Case information is available in the 2nd header of the screen.
- Logs (available only to the administrator) - Case logs, which contain information about the progress of the case, as well as any errors and warnings. More information can be found here
- Current tasks - Clicking on Current tasks displays a quick preview of the list of current tasks in the case with the option to search, take action on each task, or open advanced mode.

- Documents - Clicking on Documents displays a quick preview of the case document list with the ability to search, take action on each document, add a new file, or open advanced mode.

- Notes - Clicking Notes displays a quick preview of the case notes with the option to add a new note.
