TAS Forms
A plug-in that allows the client to define their own external forms. This tool provides flexibility in creating forms exactly according to the client's needs and requirements, which greatly simplifies data collection.
TAS will generate an online form with predefined information to fill out and send a link to the form to the selected email address.

Main functions
- Creating custom forms – The user-friendly interface allows you to create forms exactly according to your needs.
- Wide range of variables – Ability to use different field types such as text fields, drop-down menus, checkboxes, date fields, and more.
- Unique form links – Each form has its own link, which is generated based on the settings in Team assistant.
- Automatic form submission – The most common scenario is to define an email address to which the form should be sent. Each recipient will receive a unique form that they can fill out.
- Easy to fill out and save – The recipient can open the form, fill it out, and send it right away or save it for later.
- Integration with Team assistant – Sent data is automatically copied to the platform and can be further processed.
- Data security and validation – Protecting sensitive information and checking the accuracy of filled-in data.
Where will you use TAS Forms?
- HR and onboarding forms – Human Resources can manage onboarding, satisfaction surveys, and evaluation forms.
- Feedback and Support – Easily collect customer feedback, manage complaints and requests.
- Approval processes – Simplify purchase requests, document approvals, and compliance.
- Incident reporting – Effective recording and management of event reporting within the company.
How does TAS Forms work?
- Create a form – You set the form structure, select the necessary variables, and specify permissions.
- Generating a unique link – The link is generated based on the settings in Team assistant and sent by email to the designated recipient.
- Fill out the form – The recipient opens the form, fills it out, and can either save it or send it straight away.
- Data processing – The sent data is saved in Team assistant and can be worked with further.
- Analysis and reporting – Clear display and analysis of acquired data for process optimization.
