4. 🔑 Get a license
After installation, your Team Assistant instance needs a license. The license is issued for the specific URL of your instance — that's why you request it after installation, once you already know the URL from the setup wizard. Getting a license has two steps: you request it on the web and then activate it in the administration.
Step 1 — Request a license
Go to teamassistant.app and fill in the licensing form. You provide basic information about yourself / your company and the URL of your instance. After you submit it, an email notification with your license key will arrive.
Step 2 — Activate the license in Team Assistant
- Open the administration .
- Find the License tab.
- In the top right, click Add license .
- Give your license a name and paste the key copied from the email.
Once activated, you'll be able to create and import templates .
Frequently asked questions
Answers to common questions about licenses (the difference between a trial and a production license, switching between them, renewals) can be found on the web in the FAQ section.
What's next?
You have an active license and can create and import templates. Try Team Assistant on a ready-made scenario — continue to Example use case .
