Dashboard
The user is redirected to the home screen immediately after logging in, or after clicking the "Home" icon.
This screen can be easily customized for each user or reset to the default screen set by the admin.
Dashboard containers
- All my tasks - Overview of all tasks to solve
Tip : Some tasks can be completed via a button, i.e. the task is completed with a predefined decision according to the process settings. If you don't see the button column, click Edit dashboard > Container settings > Show action column (must be checked)
- Subscription Tasks - All tasks that are assigned to subscription for the role that the user is a part of
- All my cases - All my cases
- Reports - View selected report
- Task Reports - View all active tasks for cases that are in the selected report
- Warnings - List of warnings that the user should address
- Calendar - Calendar where task deadlines are visible
- Favorites - User-defined favorite sections of the application
- URL Content - The content specified in the URL
- REST - REST API
Reset dashboard
Modifications
You can make adjustments by clicking "Edit dashboard" in the upper right corner, available options:
- Reset - In the case of a reset, the dashboard is set to the default settings of the entire instance.
- Add - Ability to add new entities from the set of available containers, the added entity is added to the end of all existing containers
- Set as default (available only to admin) - Admin can set the currently configured dashboard as the default dashboard for the entire instance, the user will get to the default dashboard if they select "Reset" in their dashboard. All new users have the default dashboard settings upon first login.
