  Note: Two new crons read mailboxes through the Microsoft Graph API as an alternative to the EWS crons, which Microsoft is retiring. MsGraphCreateProcessesFromMailCron creates cases from incoming mail – it maps mail headers and fields to case variables, stores attachments in DMS and moves processed mail between the configured folders. MsGraphCheckUnprocessedMailsCron checks that every mail in the configured OUT folder has a matching case and reports the ones that do not. Each mailbox is authenticated by an Entra ID application registration (tenant ID, client ID, client secret) configured in the cron parameters, so no mailbox password is stored. New configuration variables: msGraph.maxHeadSize (maximum MS Graph API header size in MB, default 10) and crons.msGraph.errorMailAddresses (where run errors are reported). The EWS crons are unchanged and can keep running side by side during the migration.

  Note: Seven functions work with a mailbox configured in the MS Graph cron parameters, addressed by its item index: sys.msGraphListFolders(), sys.msGraphListChildFoldersFromFolder(), sys.msGraphListMailsFromFolder(), sys.msGraphGetMailDetails(), sys.msGraphMoveMail(), sys.msGraphSetEmailAsRead() and sys.msGraphSetEmailAsUnread(). They run in the administration console and are the intended way to look up the folder IDs needed when configuring the crons.

  Note: The cron compares mails against the cases of the configured template and of the header in process.header_id of the given mailbox, so an instance where several mailboxes create cases from the same template no longer reports mail as unprocessed because of another mailbox's cases. The run log names the template and header it checked against, states when no unprocessed mail was found, and warns when the mailbox has no reportAddresses configured.
